Addiction Medicine & Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Evidence-based treatment for opioid use disorder and substance use conditions, designed to support recovery, stability, and long-term wellness.
Logue & Associates provides comprehensive addiction medicine services, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder. MAT combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral health support to treat the whole person — not just the addiction.
Valarie's experience as a national Nurse Practitioner lead addressing the opioid crisis among Veterans informs every aspect of this service. Treatment plans are individualized, evidence-based, and designed to meet each patient where they are in their recovery journey.

Veteran Disability Evaluations
Comprehensive disability evaluations conducted by a fellow Veteran and retired VA healthcare professional who understands the unique experiences of those who have served.
Bringing the perspective of both a U.S. Veteran and a retired Department of Veterans Affairs healthcare professional, our disability evaluation services are grounded in extensive clinical experience, including nine years of executive nursing leadership within the VA healthcare system.
Each evaluation is approached with the thoroughness, respect, clinical objectivity, and attention to detail that Veterans deserve. Firsthand experience with military service, Veteran healthcare, and VA clinical processes provides a valuable foundation for conducting comprehensive evaluations and accurately documenting the Veteran's reported history, current symptoms, clinical findings, diagnoses, and functional limitations.

LOGUE & ASSOCIATES, PLLC is an independent healthcare practice and is not affiliated with, employed by, or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Determinations regarding VA disability benefits and service connection are made solely by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Examinations are conducted under a VA or VA-contractor C&P assignment.
